When did you attend Spring at Tisch? Spring 2016
What did you study during Spring at Tisch? I was in the Open Arts Studio doing theatre and took dance electives such as Choreography, Flamenco, Dance Matters: Politics, Race and Class and Hip-Hop
Why did you decide to come to Tisch? As the pioneer batch in my home university, the arts curriculum has not been fully developed and I wanted a rigorous semester in which I could take courses that were a cross-discipline between theatre and dance. Tisch could offer me such a program and I knew that New York City had a nurturing arts environment; hence, I was keen to come to Tisch to get better training in these two art forms.
