Jennifer Brown

Jenny Maxwell holds a BFA in Music from Our Lady of the Lake University and is a current MS in Human Capital Analytics & Technology candidate at the NYU School of Professional Studies.

Prior to joining the Clive Davis Institute, Jenny worked in Human Resources at the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study and Management at Hofstra University.  She is passionate about motivating and engaging employees while working to ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are tangibly evident in daily operations. Jenny is excited to be exploring how People Analytics can be used to streamline organizational goals, circumvent potential roadblocks, and project growth.

A proud San Antonio, Texas native who is elated to call New York home, Jenny enjoys a vast array of music, travel, sports, speed reading, concerts, comedy shows, movies, motivational podcasts, long road trips, poetry, writing, and researching her ancestry and the origins of the African American diaspora.  She also enjoys exploring Brooklyn on her fabulous Brompton bike and discovering new cafés, sushi spots, and wineries in and around Williamsburg where she resides.
