Lin Qiying is a Chinese born filmmaker based in Guangdong and New York.

Coming from a design background, Qiying is currently a Graduate Filmmaking student in NYU Tisch School of the Arts. His films often explore the indescribable emotion when people are facing moments in life that are overwhelming and complicated. With his design perspective, he also strives to experiment different possibilities of film languages and forms.
