Ehud Sopher grew up experiencing film as a portal through which he could connect with others. The screen provided a teasing hospitality that reflected onto his very own writing, spurring controversial characters longing to belong in a society just out of reach. Such themes informed Ehud’s writing process: Grappling with the story structure that binds all humans, but through uncomfortable and unorthodox cultural and psychological ideas.

Since graduating from NYU Tisch, Ehud has continued to grow as a writer and director, currently with two of his short films in pre-production, and a feature script in development.
