Sancheev graduated from New York University's film program in May 2016. Since graduating he joined the IATSE International Cinematographers Guild, working in the camera department for television shows such as "Mozart in the Jungle" (Amazon), "Gypsy" (Netflix), "High Maintenance" (HBO), etc. He is currently directing an episode for a documentary series that depicts immigrant stories in New York's competitive food scene, while in pre-production to direct his next short.
