Paul Sado

Paul Sado is an Emmy and Grammy nominated Writer, Producer, and Director. His animated film LEO, starring Adam Sandler and Bill Burr and directed by Robert Smigel was Netflix’s number one movie in 2023. The film SANDY WEXLER, which he wrote and produced, achieved that same honor in 2017. Paul wrote the film THE COBBLER, directed by two time Academy Award winner Tom McCarthy, which starred Adam Sandler, Dustin Hoffman. Steve Buscemi and Ellen Barkin. He has produced, written, re-written, and doctored scripts for Netflix, Lakeshore Productions, and Sony Pictures, among others. He recently co-wrote the indie thriller ELECTRA starring Academy Award nominee Maria Bakalova, which world premiered this year at Santa Barbara IFF. Paul is a member of the DGA,WGAE, SAG-AFTRA, TAG, IATSI, and ASCAP. He lives in Manhattan.
